Calibrate IR Touch Screen

If the touch positioning is offset, the installation direction is wrong, or the display needs to be shown in portrait mode, it can be calibrated via the infrared configuration software.

1. Open the IR touch configuration software

First, download the IR touch configuration software to a Windows computer (supports Windows 7/8/10/11), unzip and open "InfraRedTouch.exe".

2. Click "Equipment Calibration"

3. Place your finger in the center of the calibration point

Calibrate the infrared touch frame

Note: Your hand or the touch pen needs to stay on the calibration point for about 3 seconds until the point disappears.
